　　It’s very important to be confident. Self-confidence can bring us courage to stick to what we do. So it’s valuable to us.

　　When I was in Grade 7, once my teacher asked me to make a speech in class. Although I practiced it for many times at home, I still felt nervous and forgot thewords at the beginning of it. Then I breathed deeply and relaxed myself. You can’t believe how happy I was when I recalled the speech and finished it successfully.My teacher thought highly of my performance and I got much encouragement from my classmates.
